R&R Technologies has made Material Handling containers and pallets for many years for many customers for many applications. We have history that some of our pallets and containers have been in use for 15+ years. Compare this longevity with the life of a wood pallet, and plastic is by far the better investment. Our containers and pallets can be used in-house to move material and/or goods in process, or between facilities as with a closed-loop distribution system.

Our standard product line has several sizes of containers and pallets that we own the molds for, so there is no tooling costs involved for you. But if you have a special application, we can help with your design. Standard container sizes range from 30" X 32" X 15" deep, to 48" X 68" X 25" deep. Pallets in our standard sizes range from 30" X 32", to 45" X 54". Seat belts added to pallets, those with a matching-size lid, can hold boxes or parts in place, or protect them from outside interferences. Different colors are also possible, for example, to designate use in a specific plant area, or for a specific product line. Both containers and pallets have forklift slots on all four sides for easy mechanical handling.
