Our Engineering department is staffed with many years of experience in designing the right way to make rotational molds, which, in turn, makes the right part for you. Our computer programs include AutoCAD2000 and Solid Works, and our computer can communicate directly with yours.

In addition to design assistance, RRT also can oversee tooling procurement of molds made from cast aluminum, sheet metal, machined and plate aluminum, and electroformed nickel. If your product has a special requirement, such as needing a method of securing the part to another, or to have inlet/outlet hoses attached, we can design the correct size of metal or plastic inserts, brass or spinweld, for the part.

All during the production process, our Quality Control department is involved, to make sure the product you envisioned is the one you will get. We have tolerances to work with in plastic, but our designs always take these into consideration. Our Quality lab will measure parts to ensure they meet the drawing requirements. RRT can also measure parts to temperature extremes, and to water pressure requirements. And we are ISO9001 Registered, which tells you that we can and do have quality systems in place.
